We attach great importance to working with our interested parties and members to be able to communicate reliably via email<\/strong>. That is why we regularly check whether our messages can be delivered \u2013 also to unnecessary support requests<\/strong> to avoid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, with certain email service providers<\/strong> repeated massive delivery problems<\/strong> \u2013 for example through blocked servers, inadequate standards or poor delivery rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To protect our communications and to avoid unnecessary errors or support cases, we check every email address<\/strong>entered via one of our forms (e.g. contact or registration form).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This check is carried out automatically by an external service provider.
