In the new Electricity Industry Act (ElWG), the government plans a favorable electricity tariff for low-income householdsThose who are exempt from the ORF fee will be able to purchase electricity for only 6 cents net per kWh (7.20 cents per kWh including VAT) – limited to a basic requirement of 2,900 kWh per year. The aim is Energy poverty to combat specifically.
