all our renewable energy communities („EEG“) until
at least 31.10.2026 (7 months)²⁾

The electricity tariffs per kWh:

1. Tariff “Consumer” – Reference tariff

Base: 9.30 cents
External service fee: +1.00 cent
VAT service fee external: +0.20 cents
Club membership fee: +1.25 cents
Energy price DAY⁴⁾: 11.60 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Estate SNAP⁴⁾-0.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Surcharge NIGHT⁴⁾+1.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Effective energy price¹⁾³⁾: approx. 8.00 cents DAY and 9.50 cents NIGHT (Final price)

2. Tariff “Combi” – feed-in tariff for prosumers

Base: 9.30 cents
Membership fee: -0.60 cents
Remuneration DAY⁴⁾: 8.70 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Discount SNAP⁴⁾: -0.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
bonus NIGHT⁴⁾: +1.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG

3. Tariff “Producer” – feed-in tariff for feed-in only producers

Base: 9.30 cents
Club membership fee: -1.30 cents
Remuneration DAY⁴⁾: 8.00 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Discount SNAP⁴⁾: -0.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
bonus NIGHT⁴⁾: +1.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG

4. Tariff „Kombi DUO“ – Feed-in tariff for prosumers

Base: 9.30 cents
Membership fee: -0.30 cents
Remuneration DAY⁴⁾: 9.00 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Discount SNAP⁴⁾: -0.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
bonus NIGHT⁴⁾: +1.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Requirement: At least 30 % additional feed (TNF30) in the BEG VIENNA.

5. Tariff „Producer DUO“ – Feed-in tariff for feed-in-only producers

Base: 9.30 cents
Membership fee: -0.65 cents
Remuneration DAY⁴⁾: 8.65 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Discount SNAP⁴⁾: -0.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
bonus NIGHT⁴⁾: +1.50 cents, VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG
Requirement: At least 30 % additional feed (TNF30) in the BEG VIENNA.

The fixed fees:

1. Joining fee per metering point

External setup fee: 10 euros
VAT setup fee external: +2.00 Euro
One-time joining fee: 12 euros
VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG

2. Billing fee per metering point

External billing fee: 2.50 euros
VAT billing fee (external): +€0.50
Quarterly billing fee: 3 euros
VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG

The deposit for consumers:

For households: 50.00 euros per member (not for prosumers)
For large households (>4500 kWh pa): by arrangement
For SMEs: by agreement or monthly billing

Other extraordinary costs and fees:

Reminder fees: 10.00 euros
Late payment interest: according to our terms and conditions
Debt collection costs: based on expenditure
Other costs: according to expenditure
VAT exempt according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG

3) SNAP = Summer Low Energy Price of Wiener Netze from 1 January 2026. SNAP is valid
From April 1st to September 30th, from 10 am to 4 pm. noSNAP = times outside of SNAP.
4) Day is the time from 6 a.m. to 7:59 p.m. and night is the time from 8 p.m. to 5:59 a.m.
