Now the cat is out of the bag 🐱: We are delighted to announce that our choice for the external service provider has been NOBILE GROUP has fallen ✅.

From now on, the setup and operation of our Energy communities ⚡, including member administration, billing, payment processing and support, which are part of the Nobile Group (short "Noble") located nobile – NIG GmbH responsible.

Nobile is a Viennese company 🏙️ that specializes in the development and implementation decentralized energy solutions It was founded by Lorena Skiljan and Peter Gönitzer, both of whom have many years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector – including senior management positions at Vienna Energy.

With their platform nobile:connected Nobile offers a smart solution for the Administration and billing of energy communities 🖥️. The platform enables the operation of local energy hubs where members can share and consume surplus energy 🔄. The automation of micro-PPAs between members ensures efficient and cost-effective energy distribution 💡.

In addition, Nobilegroup offers nobile:invest an opportunity for municipalities and companies in Austria to renewable energy generation plants to invest 🌱 to promote local energy production and increase independence from large energy suppliers.

In autumn 2024, Nobile secured a Financing round of 5 million euros 💶, led by 6 Degrees Capital and other investors such as D2 Fund, Doral Energy Tech and Helen Ventures. With this capital, the company plans to accelerate its product development 🚀 and expand its international market presence 🌍.

Nobile has already successfully expanded to Germany, Italy and Switzerland, where it involved local partners from the energy and real estate sectors to establish energy communities.
