Anyone can join! If you join one of our Renewable Energy Communities (RECs), simply recommend us to three new members. As soon as they join our REC, we will refund your one-time registration fee.

This way, you not only save on membership fees, but also make a valuable contribution to convincing even more people of the advantages of an energy community. Together, we strengthen the regional energy transition and promote the use of renewable energy.

The procedure

Simply join in

Here's how the promotion works: Each counting point can participate in the member-refer-member promotion once. Secure your registration fee refund in just a few steps:

  • Register as a member of our EEG VIENNA.
  • Please let us know the names of the three new members you are recruiting for the campaign. This notification must be made before they join and is possible no later than four weeks after your own membership.
  • Once all three new members have been approved and fully joined, you will receive a credit for your registration fee.

Please note: Our capacity to join varies by district. While we currently need primarily consumers in some districts, we are specifically looking for energy producers in others. This allows us to optimally balance and further develop our energy communities.
