The Vienna Energy Community is growing very rapidly, which is very encouraging. More and more people are interested in renewable energies, energy communities, and the opportunity to actively shape the energy transition together. 🌱⚡

To ensure we can continue to offer fast and reliable support in the future, we are expanding our team with three digital assistants who will help us with our daily work. We are deliberately focusing on... artificial intelligence (AI), in order to use our existing resources efficiently while keeping costs as low as possible for our members.

Renate is your first point of contact for any questions. She will greet you warmly, take note of your request, and help you quickly find the right information or the appropriate contact person.

Whether you have general questions about the association, membership, or how to be referred to the right place – Renate will be happy to help you.

👨‍💼 Thomas – our expert for energy communities

Thomas is particularly familiar with our association and the topics surrounding it. Renewable Energy Communities (EEG) Out. ⚡

He will support you with questions about our offers, processes and many general topics related to energy communities.

👩‍💼 Barbara – our specialist for the citizen energy community

Barbara is our contact person for the Citizens' Energy Community BEG Vienna. ☀️🔋

She helps with questions about the citizen energy community, conditions of participation and the advantages of a shared energy supply.

Of course, the following still applies: If you require personal support from another person, you can always request it. Our staff are still happy to help. However, due to our strong growth, our personal capacity is limited, which is why digital support helps us remain accessible to all members.
