⚡ We're taking EEG VIENNA to a new level!

Just in time for the planned changes to our tariffs for the coming months, there is lots of new and unique things from EEG Vienna:

New: SNAP time compensation!

Since then 1.1.2026 Are there any network operators that... SNAP times:
April 1st to September 30th, daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Normally, electricity customers receive during this time 20% discount on the network work price (%) – when obtaining electricity from a EEG This advantage is no longer applicable.

To compensate for this disadvantage, We will compensate for it with 0.50 cents per kWh..
This keeps the Network cost advantage for our members of around 3.60 cents per kWh.

This is an offer that is unique in Austria. only at EEG Vienna gives!

New: Feed in and draw electricity – now also at night!

From now on, members of the EEG VIENNA also Feeding electricity into the grid at night.

To offset the higher costs for producers, there are [measures] in the Nighttime a Surcharge of 1.5 cents per kWh – both in terms of compensation for producers and the purchase price for electricity consumers.

The Nighttime are determined by 8:00 PM to 5:59 AM. This allows all participants to benefit from the flexibility of the energy community.
